SEITZ, Chief Judge.

Myer Katsiff and Robert Schepis appeal from the district court's order denying their claims to an interpleaded fund. This court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291 (1976).

Katsiff and Schepis are former employees of Penn Fruit Company. Because of work-related injuries, Katsiff has not worked since 1972, and Schepis since 1967. Each executed...
