This is a suit for damages. Plaintiff, Mrs. Olga Clay Castille, instituted this action against the defendant, Michael Melancon, to recover damages for injuries and the wrongful death of her son, Donald Joseph Clay (hereafter Joe Clay) which resulted from an attack by defendant's doberman pinscher upon plaintiff's decedent. Mrs. Castille contends that Melancon committed an intentional tort when, without provocation, he ordered his dog to attack Joe Clay...
