The defendant employer appeals from a judgment rendered against him in city court in favor of the plaintiff employee for $432.35 back wages, $2,280 penalty wages, and $600 attorney fees. Plaintiff has answered the appeal asking for a 10 percent increase in the trial court's judgment for frivolous appeal, and an increase in attorney fees for services rendered in connection with the appeal.
