This is a statutory petition for certiorari, wherein Blackstone Valley Electric Company (the company) seeks review of an order entered by the Public Utilities Commission (the commission) in docket Nos. 1439, 1184, and 1185, which order provided in part for the reduction of the company's rate base by the sum of $1,486,867.
