This is a suspensive appeal by Margie C. Touchard, wife of/and Russell Joseph Boutte (hereafter Boutte), defendants, from a judgment ordering the partition in kind of a tract of land located along Bayou Barataria, near Lafitte, in Jefferson Parish.
