Doctor William Harvey Andrew is here appealing his conviction on six counts for knowingly, intentionally and unlawfully dispensing dilaudid1 and preludin,2 not in the usual course of professional practice for a legitimate medical purpose.3 For the reasons set forth in the opinion below, we affirm.
