Defendants Francis Curcio and Gus Curcio, brothers, appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, T. F. Gilroy Daly, Judge, disqualifying their counsel in a pending criminal prosecution. Both Francis and Gus had retained Jacob D. Zeldes, Esq., and his firm, Zeldes, Needle & Cooper, P.
