This is a suit on sworn account by a chiropractor, E.R. Stephenson, against his patient, Thomas D. Smith, for chiropractic services rendered in connection with a work-related injury. The trial court rendered judgment for Stephenson's chiropractic fees plus attorneys' fees. The court of appeals affirmed the judgment of the trial court. 624 S.W.2d 324.
