The Frambachs appeal from a judgment awarding Dunihue an undivided one-half interest in their property. Two pieces of property were titled in the Frambachs' names. In parcel A the court imposed a resulting trust. In parcel B, the court determined that Dunihue was entitled to a one-half interest as an "equitable lien and equitable interest."
