Appellants Delbert Ellis and Amos Green were found guilty by jury verdict of conspiracy to commit arson. Appellant Ellis was assessed punishment of two years in prison, and appellant Green was sentenced to three years as an habitual offender.

Appellant Ellis contends that the trial court committed the following errors:
