This is an appeal from the order of the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District for the County of Cascade in which the court concluded that defendant, Grace Marchwick, had been personally served so the court had personal jurisdiction over her, and in which the court denied defendants' Rule 60(b) motion to vacate default judgment because of mistake, inadvertence, surprise and/or excusable neglect, because the court lacked jurisdiction.
