Jessie Bazile sued his employer, Pellerin Milnor Corporation, seeking additional workmen's compensation benefits including attorney's fees and penalties, for a work-related injury as a permanently totally disabled worker. The trial court found permanent total disability but denied penalties and attorney's fees. The employer appealed. We affirm the judgment as to the plaintiff's being injured while working within the course and scope of his employment...
