OPINION

RICHARD L. BROWN, Justice.

Appellant, Johnigan, was tried before a jury for the offense of rape of a child. He was convicted and his punishment was set by the trial court at fifteen years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. From this conviction, appellant has brought this appeal.
