In this case we are asked to determine whether certain acts of strike misconduct by two economic strikers are sufficient grounds for discharge. The National Labor Relations Board (Board) held that the acts were insufficient and ordered the employer, Midwest Solvents, Inc. (Midwest), to reinstate the two strikers with full back pay.
