Carmadelle and River's Edge Development Corporation, filed this suit against the defendant, Koch-Ellis Marine Contractors, Inc., seeking specific performance of a letter of intent dated April 10, 1978 to lease certain batture property on the Mississippi River from January 1, 1979 through June 30, 1985 at a rental of $30 per front foot.
