OPINION

SCHULTE, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction of murder. The jury assessed punishment at 25 years confinement. We affirm.

At about 8:00 a. m. on June 17, 1980, a black male, later identified as Appellant, entered the GTE-Lenkurt plant.
