This is an appeal from an order granting defendant's motion for summary judgment in an action to recover under an insurance policy. We reverse.

Plaintiff appellant Norman Moss purchased an insurance policy from defendant-respondent Mid-America Fire and Marine Insurance Company on September 17, 1977.
