On motion of the Attorney General, the Colorado Court of Appeals dismissed an appeal from a decision of the Industrial Commission denying a full award of unemployment compensation benefits to a claimant. Dismissal of the claimant's appeal was on the ground that the petition for review filed by the claimant in the court of appeals did not state any grounds upon which review was sought.
