Kenneth N. Rhodes appeals from the district court's1 denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. For reversal Rhodes argues that (1) there was insufficient evidence presented at his trial to support a finding of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt and (2) remarks made by the prosecutor were prejudicial and deprived Rhodes of his right to a fair trial.
