Spindletop Oil and Gas Company seeks to enjoin the Parker County taxing authorities1 from certifying and implementing Parker County's ad valorem tax rolls for 1979. This class action suit was filed by Spindletop, for itself and on behalf of a class of plaintiffs owning, by dollar value, more oil and gas property than other kinds of property in Parker County.
