Convicted in 1980 of filing a false income tax return in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7201, Jesus Ramirez, Jr., appeals a probation revocation. Pursuant to a plea bargain arrangement, he had been given a five-year suspended sentence and a $10,000 fine.
