Movant-Appellant Willie Garrett was convicted of first degree robbery in the Circuit Court of Jackson County and appealed his sentence of twenty years. His conviction was affirmed in State v. Garrett, 564 S.W.2d 51 (Mo.App.1978), after plain error review. Appellant then filed a pro se Motion to Vacate under Rule 27.26 which was denied by the circuit court.
