Howland appeals the special conditions placed on his probation as well as the legality of his sentence.

Appellant stands convicted of the crime of negligent child abuse in violation of section 827.04(1), Fla. Stat. (1981). The trial court placed appellant on probation for a period of five years on the condition that he serve 364 days in prison.
