Husband appeals from an order dismissing his petition for dissolution of marriage for lack of jurisdiction. We reverse and remand.

Husband filed his petition for dissolution on April 21, 1980. He alleged that he "is and has been a resident of the State of Missouri for 36 years immediately prior to the filing of this Petition...." Wife filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction...
