Defendant, Darryl Jett was charged by grand jury indictment with two counts of first degree murder in violation of La.R.S. 14:30, one count of attempted first degree murder in violation of La.R.S. 14:27 and La.R.S. 14:30 respectively, and one count of armed robbery in violation of La.R.S. 14:64. At arraignment defendant pled not guilty to all charges but subsequently changed his plea to not guilty...
