MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ASPEN, District Judge:

This case was originally heard and decided by Judge John Crowley.1 As a part of his July 28, 1978, order, assets of a company ("Hadmanco") once owned by Richard Mazur ("Mazur"), Leon Hadley ("Hadley"), Robert Warren ("Warren") and Gerald Mason ("Mason") were divided.
