PRICE, Justice.

Appellant Chung Chan appeals from an adverse judgment in favor of appellee, An-Loc Restaurant, Inc., in a nonjury trial in which the trial court held that a restaurant real estate lease was owned by appellee, and that the appellee restaurant corporation was owned by four shareholders in equally proportionate shares. Appellant asserts two points of error relating to sufficiency of evidence on the judgment findings. We affirm the judgment...
