Appellant Chung Chan appeals from an adverse judgment in favor of appellee, An-Loc Restaurant, Inc., in a nonjury trial in which the trial court held that a restaurant real estate lease was owned by appellee, and that the appellee restaurant corporation was owned by four shareholders in equally proportionate shares.
