Plaintiffs below appeal from an unfavorable verdict based upon a jury verdict in a partition suit. The parties are ten brothers and sisters, the children of Pearl Eason, who owned a ten-acre tract of land upon which she maintained her home. While Pearl was in a nursing home in extremely poor health, she executed a deed conveying the ten acres to the ten children as tenants in common.
