This litigation arises out of a fire which destroyed a warehouse building owned by the plaintiff, LaSalle Pump and Supply Co., Inc. in Jena, Louisiana on March 10, 1978. The building was located partially on a right of way owned by Louisiana Midland Railroad Co., Inc., defendant-appellant herein.
