The appellants, Ben Murray and Patricia Langford, who is called Bunny, are husband and wife. On December 17, 1980, they were jointly charged with six offenses involving the possession or sale of controlled substances. On trial to the court they were both found guilty of two offenses: Sale of marihuana on November 4 and possession of marihuana with intent to deliver on November 5, 1980.
