This is an appeal from a summary judgment. Drs. Ralph G. Hodges and Richard J. Cancemi are psychiatrists and were members of the medical staff of the Sunrise Psychiatric Hospital, a privately-owned psychiatric hospital. In June, 1980, both doctors' staff privileges were terminated. Both doctors individually instituted suits for wrongful termination of staff privileges.
