The Quashas appeal from the dismissal of their Louisiana diversity suit for lack of personal jurisdiction. The plaintiffs filed suit for breach of an alleged contract to purchase certain Louisiana mineral interests. On the defendants' motion, the district court dismissed for lack of personal jurisdiction.
