This case came before the court upon the petition of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company ("Bell"), filed pursuant to section 10(f) of the National Labor Relations Act ("NLRA" or "Act"), as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq., to review and set aside a decision and order of the National Labor Relations Board ("Board"), issued against it on August 27, 1980. The Board cross applied for enforcement of its order under section 10(e) of the Act...
