The plaintiff individually and as natural tutrix of her minor daughter brought this action to recover from Allstate Insurance Company, her uninsured motorist insurer, damages for personal injuries which she and her minor daughter sustained in an automobile accident. The plaintiff also sought statutory penalties and attorney's fees under LSA-R.S. 22:658 for Allstate's alleged failure to make payment of the claim under both the medical payments and uninsured...
