EDELSTEIN, District Judge:

Plaintiff, Capitol Cabinet Corp. ("Capitol"), brought this action in the Supreme Court of the State of New York to recover damages in the amount of $105,000 plus interest for breach of contract. Defendant Interior Dynamics Ltd. ("IDL") removed the action to this court on the basis of diversity of parties and amount in controversy. After removal, IDL moved to dismiss the complaint for lack of jurisdiction over the parties...
