Ray Bernsen appeals from the judgment of the trial court affirming the action of the Florissant Personnel Commission which had upheld the action of the Florissant Police Chief in firing Bernsen as a police officer. The matter was before us in State ex rel. Bernsen v. City of Florissant, 588 S.W.2d 194 (Mo.App.1979) in which we reversed and remanded for a new hearing before the Personnel Commission...
