Carl Curtis Glass was indicted by a Montgomery Grand Jury for robbery in the first degree. Upon arraignment, appellant entered a plea of not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity. Appellant filed a motion to suppress the evidence, on which a hearing was held by the trial court. After the hearing, appellant's motion to suppress was overruled and the case was set for trial.
