(Anderson or the Company), an operator of a limestone quarry in Linn County, Iowa, petitions this court to review an order of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Commission assessing a civil penalty of $2,500 for violation of a safety standard1 that governs Anderson's operations. We affirm the Commission.
