OPINION

BYERS, Judge.

The defendant appeals from a judgment finding him to be an habitual traffic offender as defined in T.C.A. § 55-10-601 et seq.

The defendant says the trial court should have granted his motion for summary judgment1 and says records of the Department of Safety should not have been admitted because they were not properly certified.

The judgment is affirmed.
