Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

IRWIN, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency in petitioner's Federal income tax for the year 1977 in the amount of $401. Concessions having been made by petitioner, the only issue remaining for our decision is whether petitioner is entitled to deduct expenses incurred for the use of a part of his dwelling unit in connection with his employment, under section 280A.1
