This is an appeal from a conviction for driving with a suspended driver's license pursuant to Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 6701h (Vernon 1977). Appellant challenges the presumption of notice provided in section 31 of the statute on a constructional and various constitutional grounds. She also challenges the admission into evidence of certain records of the Department of Public Safety and a private employer as not properly shown to be admissible as business...
