STATE of Oregon, Respondent, v. Roy Douglas LUTTRELL, Appellant.

Court of Appeals of Oregon.

Decided July 21, 1982.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Deane Sterndale Bennett, Portland, argued the cause and filed the brief for appellant.

Thomas H. Denney, Asst. Atty. Gen., Salem, argued the cause for respondent. With him on the brief were Dave Frohnmayer, Atty. Gen., and William F. Gary, Sol. Gen., Salem.

Before GILLETTE, P.J., and WARDEN and YOUNG, JJ.

WARDEN, Judge.

Defendant was convicted, on stipulated facts, of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. ORS 475.992.1 He appeals the admission of evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant, contending that the affidavit upon which the circuit court relied in finding probable cause to issue the warrant did not establish the reliability of the police informant as required by State v.
