The sole issue in this petition for review is whether substantial evidence on the record as a whole supports the National Labor Relations Board's finding that Tyler Business Services, Inc., violated § 8(a)(1) of the Labor Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), by discharging Burton Lane for engaging in protected concerted activity. We deny enforcement of the Board's order.
