Joseph Girthini Muigai petitions pursuant to § 106 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. § 1105a (the "Act"), for review of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals dated August 7, 1981, denying his motion to reopen his deportation proceeding and dismissing his application for extended voluntary departure under 8 C.F.R. § 244.2.
