This is a workmen's compensation case. The plaintiff-appellee, S. T. Reliford, injured his left ankle in an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment as a pulpwood cutter for the defendant-appellant, Dobson Pulpwood Company. He was paid disability benefits for 104 weeks until his doctor released him to return to work.
