This is an "executive officer" tort action. Alton Guidry (Plaintiff) is seeking to recover damages for personal injuries sustained while operating a bulldozer belonging to the St. Martin Parish Police Jury (Police Jury). Houston General Insurance Company (Defendant) is the Police Jury's liability insurer, and only defendant.
