Appellants' claim for injunctive and monetary relief under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985(2) and 1985(3) were dismissed by the trial court for failure to state a cause of action pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). The court also awarded attorney's fees to the prevailing defendants.
