Dan Hixson Chevrolet Company (Hixson) was in the business of retailing automobiles in Abilene, Texas. By merger with Dan Hixson Auto Plaza, Ltd., Inc., Hixson assumed a franchise with Volkswagen of America, Inc. (Volkswagen).
