This appeal arises out of an automobile accident which occurred on May 27, 1977, in which plaintiff, Lewis W. Tilley, sustained personal injuries. On January 9, 1978, plaintiff sued Charles A. Brown, the alleged tortfeasor, and Brown's insurer, Government Employees Insurance Company.
