Plaintiffs, Amy E. Dillon and Arthur H. Dillon, sued defendant hospital, Hospital Affiliates of Baton Rouge, d/b/a Doctors' Memorial Hospital, for negligence and breach of contract arising out of the same factual circumstances occurring on October 16, 1974.
